| Written registration and payment must be completed 48 hours in advance and must be on file in the Law Library in the Galveston County Justice Center 600 59th Street , Room 600, Galveston, Texas 77551. | |||
| EACH INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT MUST COMPLETE A SEPARATE FORM. | |||
| Official forms may be obtained from your attorney or from the Law Library in the Courthouse. | |||
| IMPORTANT: Be sure to confirm the time, date, and location of the seminar for which you are registered. Call 409-765-2601. | |||
| Facilitators cannot register participants nor accept payment. They cannot admit anyone who is late or whose name is not on the list. | |||

. Certificates of Attendance will be awarded only for completion of the entire seminar. |
