Bereavement support groups provide emotional support and practical help with problems common to all those who have lost a loved one. The ability to adjust to a difficult life change requires empathy and support from others who have experienced similar losses.
These groups provide contact with others who truly understand by virtue of "having been there". Groups are provided at no cost, but registration is required.
