Welcome to The Children’s Services Board of Galveston County’s Website.  Our mission is to work with our community partners to better the lives of children and families in Galveston County. 

We strongly believe that child abuse can be prevented in Galveston County.  We believe that our community resources and parents can work together to prevent the overwhelming problem of child abuse in the State of Texas.  We believe in and support our children who have risen above child abuse through foster care. We also believe these children will recover and thrive through continued support in our community.

The Children’s Services Board will be participating in many Community Events in June and July.  Come see us at The Texas Children’s Health Plan Community Baby Shower on June 26th! You can also view new posts and information on The Children’s Services Board’s Page on Facebook.
